Why Not?

From a coaching session today @ kLab regarding a mentor match platform concept:

Mentoring isn’t common in Rwanda.

Students don’t value mentoring.

Students don’t know what it is.

Parents and teachers don’t explain and encourage mentoring relationships.

Parents and teachers don’t understand it themselves.

No question is more annoying, yet cuts to core customer/client assumptions.

Note:  I don’t necessarily agree with the above line of reasoning, but it is the seed of a deeper journey in empathy.
