Joma Vietnam’s Management Workshop (Day 2)
Today, we started with an in depth look at the lives of some of our employees using case studies of Hagar Vietnam clients and discussed Joma’s social mission (2% for people and planet and integration with Hagar Vietnam and other NGO’s). Then, we took a step back and reflected on the challenges identified by our staff at the workshops in July. We ended the day with a more strategic session by completing a SWOC analysis of Joma in groups and consolidating our ideas. This gives us the foundation for our big mission and vision discussions tomorrow – looking forward to it!
