Would You Like to Learn How to be a Barista?

Just curious… We had over 15 volunteers join the Joma team during Tet, so that we could let all of our Vietnamese staff return to their home towns.  I was surprised at how many people were interested in learning how to use an espresso machine.

Some of my favorite moments at Joma Bakery Cafe in Hanoi have been learning how to make a good cappuccino with our excellent baristas and staff.  Not only did they teach me about the art of maintaining the machine and perfecting the pull, but they also helped me to learn (through a lot of drinking!) what a good cup of coffee should taste like.

So my question is: If you had the opportunity, would you be interested in a coffee tasting where you could learn about coffee from the bean to the cup?
